Having arrived in Oldenburg just yesterday we now begin a 4 week flausen+ residency during which we explore the concept, reality and future of ZOOROPA. Looking at european cities from the perspectives of animals visiting a human zoo we turn Oldenburg into a safari park and re-view the present through an alienated ehtnological-zoological gaze. Our german-brasilian safari-guides are beginning to map the territory right now: Where are we? What does DAS MENSCH do? What's an invisible fence? And: what's a PARALELEPÍPEDO?
